Learning.com provides solutions to help students, teachers, and schools excel in a digital world. We are excited to help support student growth, but also realize we are being entrusted with great responsibility.

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of The Learning Internet, Inc.’s (dba Learning.com) (“Learning.com”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect through our website https://www.learning.com/ or https://get-learning.com, our digital education services, including the Learning.com management platform available at https://www.learning.com or https://get-learning.com, and through any other website that we own or control and which posts to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”), and through our other interactions with you. References to “teacher” in this Privacy Policy include school administrators or coordinators and similar roles within a school district.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to our collection, use, or disclosure of personal information relating to students who are under 13 that is provided directly by a student to Learning.com in connection with their use of the Learning.com platform through their school. When you visit the Careers portion of our websites, we collect the information that you provide to us in connection with your job application.
